Sansa E250 Refresh Database Problem

When I turn on my Sansa y runs the refresh database. At half process it restart, like it crashed. When I turn the player at Recovery Mode ,it Says
USB Cable connected
Enter USB2.0 MSD mode

Then nothing!
My sansa keeps doing the same thing.. help please!?
