HP LightScribe and Sure Think CD Labeler

I have a new HP notebook with Lightscribe and Sure Think CD Labeler. I successfully made about 6 lightscribe labels. Now everything works very well until I get to the "Print" function. As soon as I click on Print the program stops responding and I can't print my label. Anyone out there that can help me with this? Thanks
