Nvidia Geforce 6200 TV-output problem

Hi,
I was wondering if some of you have the same problem:
- I have a Nvidia Geforce 6200 graphic card on my pc which has s-video TV-output and i have connected a TV (not a LCD TV) to it;
- I have windows XP SP2 and I have installed the 84.21 nvidia driver because it's the only one thet allows to play videos with full hardware acceleration on;
- the TV is detected normally and it displays the desktop correctly (extended desktop meaning dual view in nvidia);
- the problem: when I play a movie with any player on my extended desktop (TV) and i make it full screen, the movie window is becoming larger then the TV screen.
- I have to go to the nvidia settings (tray icon)... tv output
and click on restore defaults and then apply to make the image display normally. OK. Now, the movie displays fine to the end, but when playing a new movie the same problem occurs and i have to do the same thing again (like the settings are not saved, which is odd because it should then keep the defaults which are good).
My conclusions are that it must be a software issue.
I don't know what it could be, maybe a directX problem (I have directx 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904), maybe a driver problem, or maybe just some settings that i don't know about.
The Dxdiag shows only one problem: The file nv4_disp.dll is not digitally signed, which means that it has not been tested by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL). You may be able to get a WHQL logo'd driver from the hardware manufacturer.
Please help me.
