Anyone else been playing it?

Being a big fan of Ridge Racer, which in my opinion is the best racing game so far on PSP, Ridge Racer 2 just seems like an expansion or something, hardly a proper sequel. New cars, new tracks, same stuff.

I also noticed it's a tad shorter. I completed the World Tours in about a 6 days or so, could have been faster even.

Still it's fun and addictive...

Hmm the gameplay still looks virtually the same, but I'll have to wait a while to try out the real thing, the PS3 launches on March 26th in Australia :(

Have you played the first one, are the tracks and cars the same with the PS3 as well?

I played Ridge Racer 2 on PSP, but the German synchronization sounded like a bad porn movie, so I didn't quite like the game. Best racing game out so far on PSP is Test Drive Unlimited in my oppinion.

PSVita: hardly ever play it

All the racing games on the PSP are pretty similar because their all arcadish.

I can't wait till Gran Turismo comes out for PSP!!!
