There is no backround music for me and the game freezes if I access the audio or control menus, only way to restart is to pull battery. this happen to anyone else? my firmware is 3.02oe-b

my firmware is 3.03 oec and gurumin has no sound and game freezes on my console as well.Anyone knows the solution to this problem please?
