can someone help? i have been using it for some time now and all of a sudden i cannot burn dvd's after i use shrink. i get a message that states that device not ready medium not present tray is closed. can someone explain to me what this may mean and how can i fix it? thanks

maybe your burner doesn't like the media that you are using? did you change your media? what is the make and model # of your burner? a little more info please, goes a long way to finding an answer to your problem.

thanks for the help but i finally contacted dell regarding the problem and i need a new cd/dvd burner... so that is coming in the mail....also i just want to make it clear that i was making a backup copy of a movie that i own.
