whether it be games or application in your opinoin what are the top 10 best homebrew for the psp.

Let me see if I get 10:
Custom firmware (First place), I have 3.10 OE-A'
the upcoming Daedalus R9, if it holds what it promises (upcoming N64 emulator, supposed to be released this month), second place, rest unsorted

gPSP 0.9 (GBA Emulator)
SNES9xTYL (SNES Emu)
PsGUI221beta (Best version of Popstation so far)
PMP mod 2.21 (.pmp full scale movie player) together with PMP muxer 2.01 (the converter I use to convert movies into pmp format)
DGEN (Genesis/Sega Mega Drive emulator)
PSP Radio in it's latest version (online radio player for PSP)
PSPoste (PSP email client)
The Downgraders are also extremely useful, no matter which one.
