Is the Official Sony firmware 3.10 able to be downgraded yet?

Hi ppl,

Can someone tell me if there is any way of downgrading the PSP from the official Sony FW 3.10?

I'm new at all this and purchased a PSP recently (FW2.81) then accedentally upgraded with what appears to be the official V3.10 and not the modified 3.10 :(

If there is anyway of downgrading plese let me know and i'd appriciate it very much if you can provide simple instructions.
