Capacity: 4GB
Info: (Obtained by its software)

Problem:
1. itunes (of course doenst recognize the player), and dont know how to put music on it to listen......Ive already try sending it by the Windows Explorer but dont seem to work.....

2. Windows Explorer recognizes it as a "GENERIC USB DISK DEVICE USB Device".....and sometimes ask to format it becuase doesnt have format...but the format dialog shows that it only haves 1 MB of capacity (not logic...aint it??)

I really apprecciate if all of you can save me I, I am helping a friend with this issue cause she spents a lot of money on it.......
