where is the problem??

Why isn´t Win Mediaplayer showing subtitles when BSPlayer does?

BSPlayer has a built in subtitle renderer I believe, where as WMP being a POS doesn't. You can use directvobsub (VSFilter) or FFDShow which work in any dshow based player.
