damn i've seen the prices on the net w/c is some 40% cheaper compared to the psp stores here w/c is so envying. the problem is, i don't have my own credit card and my dad doesn't want me to use his, plus the price issue. the best solution i think is a cash on delivery (COD) system. any ideas?

coz u download them via torrent huh? i do too, but there are some games that torrent doesn't have but is available via internet shopping..

I assume you have a bank account. Check your bank if you can get a Visa Debit Card. They should be accepted like credit cards, you just don't have a credit limit.
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

before i got my debit/visa card, i used to just go to riteaid/cvs and buy a american express credit card and use it online. that is the best solution, but u have to pay a extra 3 bucks.
note-remember to take the sticker off the credit card, cuz the 3digit nmber is under it lol

You can always get a pre-paid credit card. I used to do that before I opened a bank account and eventually got a debit card and real credit card. COD isn't much of an option these days, because vendors don't like using it. They have to pay for all the shipping up front along with sending their merchandise with the chance the buyer won't even pay for it.
