I know there are people out there that have already installed their chips... yet i havent read about it anywhere on the net. Im just wondering how the install went, if there were any difficulties, and if you installed the upgradeability option...

check out you tube, there is good videos of the installs, ive done many ps2 mods and just from the videos i saw this is easy by comparison. Mine should arrive later this week and if my tri wing comes i will install and give a review!
