Hey, i got an .avi file, downloaded FFDShow codec and also AVIcodec which tells me that my video is XviD MPEG-4 and audio is MPEG Layer 3 which are both supported.

However some of the files are only 60-80% quality? what does this mean?

THe file itself plays very like its stuttering and jumpy and the audio is totally out of sync.

Please tell me how I can fix this cus i dunno wat else could be wrong. I dont think the file is corrupt or anything. any help muchly appreciated!
