i got a audio with a bad hiss( buzz) at one section of audio.. i know garbage in garbage out but is they a way to try to clean it up.. what programs do i need to clean an audio file... what if any option can i try?

I'd recommend Cool Edit Pro (= Adobe Audition). 30 Days free trial available.

To perform noise reduction you need pure noise without wanted audio (a few seconds are enough) to create a noise profile. In the help file you'll find all information you need.

Most other audio editors have noise reduction features too, e.g. Nero Wave editor IIRC. I can't tell if Audacity (freeware) has a good noise reduction.

i tried Nero audio wave editor to try to get the buzz out but i dont know if i was doing it right, i still got a buzz or a hiss?
