Very bad lagging in Field Commander!!!!!

I downloaded an ISO for Field Commander it works fine but every time I start a new battle it begins to lag tremendously even though it not compressed or anything.

it maybe a bad mem stick u get it from ebay? try turning the cpu clock to 333
