I just got the Portable edition of Halo: Combat Evolved and when I go to play a multiplayer game there aren't any servers showing up in both LAN and Internet. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but my server port is 2302 and my client port is 2303. Can somebody tell me what ports they are using because that may solve the problem.

Tried it, but the ports are the same as my server port. Any other ideas?

What is "Portable edition of Halo" ? As far as what ports Halo is using open up Task Manager and under the heading Processes find your "Halo.exe" program. Its only there when its running so you will need to open up the task manager while halo is running too. Then look under the "PID collum and there will be the port that halo is using at that time. I am 90% sure on this.

You can also open up your "Command Prompt" and at the "c" prompt type "netstat -no" minus the (") and you will get a list of active connections. By the way I am using windows xp home edition.

Ok I will. Sorry. But there is one thing I would like to know. I registered back in December 2006. It is February now. How come it took so long for somebody to notice that I had a rule violation in my sig? I didn't do it intentionally though.
