ISO not working in 3.10 OE-A'

i downloaded capcom puzzle world and try to play it. i put it in the iso folder in the root menu and i was able to see the game. the game starts and then it freezes when it's telling me to turn the WLAN on or off. is this a bad iso? or is it because im in OE-A'? help plzz

i think it should be a bad iso file.
