3.03 oe's or downgrading to 1.5 ?? please tell me the difference

definately OE's as they have all the capabilities as 1.5 yet all the functionality of the latest firmware's

we cant help if we dont know what firmware you are currently on.

you have to go to 1.5 to get to 3.03oe-(a/b/c) (safest way imo)

reply with your current firmware version and download a downgrader if you are capable from www.psp-hacks.com.

over the weekend I updated my psp to 3.03oe-b...before all i read about was trying to downgrade to 1.5 but i never really read about the capabiltites of uograding to oe and what it could do...i am very new to this and just wanted to know what happens and what is different on the oe;'s..
