Hihi,
I'm quite new to the scene, having just loaded 3.10oe-A on my PSP. I did not load 3.10oe-A', since I'd read there's not much difference between the 2 versions.

My problem is I've got this file from some torrent site, DungeonSiege-ipsp.iso. I placed it in the ISO folder that's already there when I format my memory stick after I loaded 3.10oe-A. However, I still can't see the game on the XMB under games. Its also not inside memory stick, although the stick does register 1600++ free memory (I've got a 2gb card and the iso is around 300++mb)

Do I need some other homebrew softwares to make it work?
Could it be the file name is too long?
Could it be the iso is bad?

Thanks to anyone who can help me!

ok, i managed to solve the problem myself. For the benefit of others, and I know there are many out there as well, I'll list down what I've done.

Firstly, if you can't connect ur psp to ur PC, there could be a few reasons.
1. your OS is too old! Win98 and equivalents can't detect PSP. You got to download some drivers in order to do that.
2. The USB slot you are using is somehow conflicting with your PSP. Try all the other USB slots you have on your computer.
3. Last possible reason, the usb cable you are using is somehow conflicting the connection btw teh pc and the psp. Go out and buy a new one! this gadgets cost around $5.

Also, do not try to use sony ericsson phones to transfer data to your memory card! Due to some firmware bug on the phones, they are not capable of transferring large files. The files you got will most likely get corrupted or not show up on the disk at all, not to mention the transfer is painfully slow.

Lastly, if you are using 3.10OE-A, just copy the iso to the ISO folder. If you can't see the ISO folder, that's because you haven't format the MS after your upgrade. If everything goes well, you will be able to see the game like any UMD disc on the XMB.
