What you need:
3.10 OE-A'
DevHook 0.46
Ratchet and Clank ISO

all you have to do is boot up your 3.10 OE-A PSP, and go to devhook under the Game>memory Stick. After it starts,go UMD select>(ratchet and clank iso name)Then firmware>2.71, Then CPU clock 333mhz/166mhz, Boot select>reboot XMB. then go start. It should reboot your XMB, and if you look at the umd icon, it should be ratchet and clank. Click on it and go multiplayer>infrastructure, and it should work! now the only problem is, I cannot seem to connect to hosts, this may be just my problem though, post your results.

ok so it works but you can not connect to hosts at 333 so i set mine to 222 or (266 i forgot) and it worked fine.
