I read the guides here and followed the instructions by a moderator (Lord Sesshomaru)on how to burn CD games using Alcohol 120% (I only have the trial version now), but I have been unable to get my DVD burner to read the disc. Nothing loaded up and there's no file or disc to read. The original Contra game play fine and my LG DVD burner (flashed with the latest firmware) is working for I have used it to back up Valkyrie Profile 2 and other DVD games successfully. This is the first time I am trying to use Alcohol 120% and can't.
Would someone please point me to a thread or provide me with directions on burning PS2 game (Contra:Shattered Soldier) using Nero Express or let me know what I am doing wrong. Much appreciation for your help!!!
All you need to do is a simple 1 to 1 copy. There is nothing special needed to burn cd games. Now, loading those burnt cd's is a different story. What mod are you using?
But I went back and reread the guide by Lord Sesshomaru again. Deleted the old InCD and Nero program for they kept popping up, and I was able to burn the game now.
