Listen port not reachable by peers...

I have set up port forwarding and all that jazz, but I still have this
message on my torrent client (Bitcomet):

"Your listen port is unreachable to public domain peers, please check your firewall and NAT router configurations."

I have the latest version of Bitcomet, and i have spent several hours looking around for fixes, any help would be appreciated.

P.S. I am getting upload speeds of 20 kb/s, and Download speeds of around 20 to 30 kb/s

I have exactly the same problem, listen port is unreachable to public domain and have also port forwarded both XP firewall and linksys router. I also get upload speed of 20kB/s. Anything else to do?

Same damn problem:
- Yellow light at bottom right
- Says "Blocked IP adress" The IP address is my computers IP.
- When u move mouse over yellow light same message as above.
- I have a DLink DI 514 router and my download speeds are even ridiculous.

Hopefully someone comes up with a solution.

Set a static ip address and forward that but obtain it at ipconfig/all (Port Forward shows mine wrong) and pay attention to the part on DNS servers and the Default Gateway: http://portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm Use a port over 10,000 and if your client supports it, enable Protocol Encryption.
