welcome to the boards!
what you need to do is get an unpatched grand theft auto: liberty city stories UMD (unpatched=2.00 update on UMD) then get the 3.03 downgrader and follow the readme.txt file to downgrade to 1.5
then, you upgrade from 1.5 to 3.03 oe whatever or 3.10 oe-a.

When you update to 3.10 or 3.11, you're screwed. There is nothing homebrew-like you can do when on these two firmwares.
