Noob with 1.5 HELP WITH DEVHOOK

I have 1.5 PSP.
I been trying for a few days now, to load two versions of DEVHOOK onto the psp, and I see the files are on the memory card.

I totally am clueless to how to do this.
Am I to combine files to get this to run? Or is this installer to do it for me?

You might just wanna use devhook so do this:
Download Devhook ultimate installer from psphacks and install that onto your psp via usb...
Then you can emulate pretty much any game by loading 2.71 fw!

3.03 oe-c, is in my opinion, and many others, much simpler than devhook. theres no need to emulate firmwares, it IS the firmware.

i looked at the instructs for 3.03 and in first step its says to
''decompress'' files.
how?
like i said I just got this psp and have no idea what im doing :)

just use hexit's winstaller here its like an easy installer. I prefer 3.03 oe-c since on 3.10 oe-a you cant do many things
