I downloaded syphon filter, which I thought would be just the iso, or some kind of cso file (torrented).
Instead, it came in about 11 or 12 parts. I tried loading them into Ultra ISO, and saving it as an iso file, but my psp couldn't recognize the problem.
Now, granted, I could just download it elsewhere and try again, but I wanted to know if there was a way to get this working without going through all that.
Anyone encounter this before?

nah, it was completely different. It wasn't zipped or rar'd in the conventional sense. It reminded me almost of sectors on an iso image, but I'm not sure exactly

i wish it were that simple
they are completely foreign file types like .001, etc
they're not archived like you would think

Have you tried unrarin it. Just give it a shot, because If I remeber correctly, I had one like that that was .001,.002 so on-and I unrared it and it worked. You could try with a program called 7-Zip.

Ok dude, what you got is a '.cso' game that has been split up with 'hjsplit'...(or at least I think so)
Download this (if you're using windows, if not, let me know): http://www.treepad.net/download/hjsplit.zip
(no adware or spyware etc...i promise you!)
Open the program, (you don't have to install anything, don't worry) and go to join...
Make sure all the cso files are in the same folder!
Then select the first file of your cso (probably .000 or .001)...
Press start and you should have a full CSO!
LET ME KNOW THIS WORKED!
p.s. If this wasn't the solution then 'powerwhee's' solution was right!
