I've compiled a DVD in Nero from parts of several DVDs. Each DVD source was ripped straight to VOBs then imported as a different title on my compilation. There is noticable volume differences between the titles.

I can adjust each title manually so I was wondering if anyone knew any way of monitoring the output volume of the DVD so I can compare their volumes more accurately rather than estimating from what I hear?

Not that I know of. You're at the mercy of the studio mixer, when it comes to this. There is no standard, for everyone to go by. That's why there are three different wide screen formats..........no standard.

Sounds like you're trying to make a demo dvd? I'm gonna do that, one of these days. The studios don't want us doing this, so they're in no hurry to set standards!
Good luck!
