Help Please - Philips Ambilight words on TV are pixelated

I am not sure what the problem is. I have a Philips Ambilight Model number 37PF9631D/37 and I have problems reading the words on screen, such as credits on a TV show, etc. The words seem distorted and pixelated. The words are crystal clear when I play video games and I never had this issue with the previous television(rules out a cable issue) which was an old Sony Trinitron. I have tried adjusting everything but maybe I missed something. Does anyone have any ideas or know of anywhere I might obtain information on fixing this problem?
