im new here, good day! i mean my question is burn a mpeg, AVI, wmv video to dvd burner without encoding the files i mean burn immediately..coz, time consuming..

Choose to burn as a data disk. It still won't be "immediate" (you sound like an impatient soul!) because it takes time to burn, like a 16x disk takes about 4 minutes. I can't believe you had to ask this on a forum. Like, how long have you had a PC?

can ne1 tell if we can copy a dvd directly to hard disk without encoding the dvd, i need it faster, so that i can schedule the copying of the dvd, at the end of the day...

Type "copy DVD to hard drive" into Google, you will see there are dozens of apps that will do it.
