I can copy a movie and when I put a dvd in to burn I keep getting this message

First, write down your Nero s/n - that's the second line on your post. Then edit your post to remove it; some people will steal your number and use it.

The version of Nero you are using is buggy and the Using Interface version does not match. Uninstall Nero and run their Clean Tool for a fresh install.

Nero7 Clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html
then do a registry clean up(free registry cleaner, CClean: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/downloadpage.aspx?1) and defrag...... then reboot!

and then install 7.5.7.0 from here

@Sixfigure........ you are a junior member now and you should know to edit out your serial #! And where is the rest of your Nero log??? why did you just post the upper half of the log? How can anyone give you advise on what is going wrong without seeing the full log!? Don't be stingy! post the full log!

so far this is what I see:

you updated to version 7 but still showing stuff from version 6! not good.... my advise to you is:
use a more stable version of Nero 7: 7.5.7.0
Before updating to this version .... save your serial #, uninstall Nero, then use this free registry cleaner called CCleaner, then Nero7 Clean tools:

reboot and defrag!

same advise as what rulisky said but I would use the Nero cleaning tools for Nero 6, too!
