So I'm running Peer Guardian 2 for the first time.

WTF!!!???

I see a constant stream of ip addresses constantly. I have no p2p programs. I used Spybot to clear up.

Where or who are these ip addresses. Most have no name. Some are from places like University of Michigan.

Help please??
