I have a Sony DVD RW DRU-720A. The problem is that when I put a DVD into the drive, it does not recognize that there is a dvd in the drive at all. How should I go about fixing this problem.

Run this update and see if it helps.. If not, get back to me.

Make sure when you run it, you aren't running anything else or have a disk in your drive.
