I just purchased an HIS X1650Pro and am having issues with enabling the secondary display which is my tv. With the S-video cord in, at boot-up, my computer is booting up on the tv rather than the monitor but once it finishes loading Windows, I'm dumped onto my desktop on my monitor (I'm pretty sure that when I had my old 9800Pro, even with the S-video in, my computer was booting up on my monitor instead).

Whenever I try to enable my secondary display ("Extend my windows desktop onto this monitor" [my tv]), the tv will sort of flash for a split second and then the checkmark will undue itself on the Extend option. I'm stumped and a bit peeved that my old 9800Pro could do this flawlessly and yet, this new card can't/seemingly won't.

I've tried:

- Doing it through the Catalyst Suite
- Used Driver Cleaner to remove remnants of the old drivers

And I'm running:

- Windows XP SP2
- Asus A8N SLI Premium
- AMD64 3500+
- 2GB Ram

Any help at all would be vastly appreciated. Thank you for reading.
