once in recovery menu for frimware 3.03oe-c how do i go bak to 1.50?
and if i go back to 1.5 will i be able to go back to 3.03oe-c once ive done playing the emulators on 1.5?

to go back to 1.5 you need hexitnow's winstaller http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/460892.
You can play emulators on 3.03OE-C just place them in the game150 folder of you psp. but if you still want to go to 1.5 you can. and you can go back to 3.03OE-C.
