LETS START WITH I AM NEW TO ALL OF THIS. I HAVE MANAGED TO FUMBLE MY WAY TO FIRMWARE 3.10 OE-A IN HOPES OF RUNNING POPSTATION, HOMEBREW ETC. I CANNOT GET POPSTATION TO RUN FOR THE SIMPLE FACT THAT ONCE DOWNLOADING HOT SHOTS 2, I CANNOT FIND THE KEYS.BIN FILE ANYWHERE IN MY PSP'S FILE DIRECTORY NOR CAN I SEEM TO FIND ANY SUPPORT IN REGARDS TO THIS ISSUE... CHANCES ARE I AM ENTIRELY MISSING SOME SMALL STEP... ANY HELP, IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED FOR I AM DUMB... DUMB AS HELL LOL

Dude, first of all dont write in all caps, and second of all you don't need the key.bin file.
