My grandparents have a mac(im using it now to type this) and the wifi works(or I wouldnt be typing this). However, it kicks them offline randomly. Now why does it do that? I doubt its the router because it gets online. I personally have a PC(windows) at home so I dont really know much/anything about them so I need to know where to go to trouble shoot. My mom/dad hooked it up to get online but they didnt figure out why it kicks them offline sometimes. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT- never mind. There was a miscomunication. Its actually with there windows desktop. Think it has somethin to do with norton.

Doesnt expecting the unexpected make the unexpected expected and therefore mean youre expecting the expected which was the unexpected until you expected it?
