HELLP!! cannot play Liberty City Stories on 3.10 OE-A Firmware

Hey
is there any....and i mean...any way to play Liberty City Stories on a PSP version 3.10 OE-A
i got my psp with 2.60 stock and a TA-082 m/b.
my frend did all the shit to make it a 3.10 OE-A.
is there any way to play Liberty City Stories?
everytime i try to run it, the icon animation plays and after selecting it, the whole screen goes BLANK!! Note: I have enabled the No-UMD option from the CONFIG menu. i dont have any UMDS in the slot.
Any help is appreciated!!!

Deactivate No-UMD, put a Game UMD or the Demo UMD (version 1) in the drive.

PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.
