Can someone help please? I'm having trouble with my iPod. It is the one that plays mp4. I try to play video, and every video freezes! I reset, same story. I've restored 4 times and no difference. Please help!

Videos have to be in mp4 format. Try using a different converter.

I can play the same MP4 files on iTunes and Quicktime perfectly. It's just on the iPod it won't work. I'll try ringing the Apple support centre and ask there.
