Mario Kart in GCM

I have downloaded Mario Kart Double Dash and after opening the WinRAR file I received a GCM File.
I am unable open the file cause my computer doesnt have extension support (.gcm) for it
Can someone help me get the extension or tell me what to do so I can open the file and play.

If by open and play, you mean play on your PC, then you whatever GC emulator you're using should be able to figure out what file it is.

If you're trying to burn it onto a disc to play on a modded GC, then all you have to do is change the extension to .iso and burn with any quality burning app of you choice. Or more specifically, Nero or ImgBurn.

Try using Dolphin. Be warned though, it takes a hell of a PC for games to be playable.

Or, you could burn to disk and play on your own gamecube using a softmod or chip.
