Would anyone recommend this item? It takes the place of a PCI slot and the fan's angle can be changed to direct airflow. Thinking about scooping a few of these up, pretty cheap @ only $15.

@15.00 each, you can't go wrong in my opinion.(current bid $5.50)

Noise 23.1 ~ 38.2 dBA 38dBA could be considered loud though!

My personal choice would be 120mm fans with a speed controller. Just a thought..... :)
