Error 21 CAN'T BOOT GAMES!?!?

K, this is kind of a weird/annoying problem. I messed up my xbox a while back modding it, and whenever i boot it i get error 21.
PROBLEM:I know how to get my dash back, and i cannot do so because when i put splinter cell in, it won't boot. I have tryed putting it in many different ways, and it still fails to load. If anyone can help me with my booting SC problem, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks if you can help. :)
