SLOW HOMEBREWS on 3.10oe-a' HELP

Hello, ok well here's the problem:
I have upraded my psp to 3.10oe-a, and eveything worked fine for couple of days(homebrews, psx games, iso backup games...) but since today when I open any of my homebrew or recovery menu, they load really slowly, it takes like 3min to load, and then 1min between any operation ex.

Game/Memory Stick/Homebrew appl. ---3min ----finnaly opened----open an option from the homebrew---- Blank screem (1min)---- than option actually opened....

So I think you know wat i mean... its just LOADING AND LOADING
And the weird fact is that all my iso and psx games work just FINE, so i have no idea wat is wrong, it just happed suddenly.. I WOULD BE VERY THANKFUL FOR ANYHELP, PLEASR AND THANKS
