Hello all. I've been reading all the posts I can - but can't seem to figure this out. I need to edit a copy protected DVD for a presentation.

Bitripper crashed my computer 4-5 times because it took like 30 gbs to transfer the file to .avi - and wasn't even able to do it in the end.

I have Adobe Premiere Pro 7.0, Windows Movie Maker and InterVideo WinDVD Creator as my available editing tools.

The DVD has been transfered to a .iso file using DVDShrink (I love that program), but none of the editing programs will read it.

How do I transfer either the .iso file or the original DVD to a .avi or .mpeg file? Preferably in a way that will a) not crash my computer and b) work. I've deleted half the stuff on my computer - so I have about 34 gb of free space - that should be MORE than adequate (I think) to rip a DVD.

Anyway, any help would be much appreciated. This site is awesome, I just wish I understood these things a bit better than I do.
