YEsterday my itunes would not open and said it needed to be reinstalled. So I uninstalled all the itunes stuff off my PC and tried to reinstall it from their website. It will install it but everytime I open it I get a message that say's "itunes encountered a problem and needs to close please tell microsoft about this" Everytime I have tried downloading it many times with this same outcome.

I know it has something to do with my PC and I am not sure this is the right forum, but what measures should I do to make my PC accept it once again?

I asked this question in another thread hopefully I don't get in trouble for a double post but no one would answer the other one, don't know what else to do if no one will respond?
