Hello i hope someone can help me. My cd/dvd rom suddenly has stopped functioning with my harddrive. My hardrive wont even allow me to install. When i run troubleshooter I get the message:

" Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)"

Can somebody help me?
