I have an EZF-Advance III GBA Flash cart 256MBit, if the RAM pack has certain files on it, is it possible for me to download them and put them on my GBA Flash cart, I currently have the DS Browser on my R4DS now, but it won't work without a RAM Pack.

you can only use the actual ram cart.
or use the M3 or SC as a ram cart.
