Yes, I have it. Can't tell you where I got it from. But the emulator I use is Prodject64. It works well and plays lag free in fullscreen.

Project 64 is a PC emulator. Daedalus is a port of a PC emulator that can be executed on the PSP platform. Right now, Daedalus is the only one (aside from Monkey 64, which was discontinued).
