I have Nero 7 and Start Smart 4, when I am trying to burn a 700mb file on high quality to a 4.7gb disk in Nero vision is automatically puts the file at like 4.9gb, How is this possible when I am simply puting a 700mb file on a 4.7gb disk on high quality... if i put it on normal, or not that good quality, it makes the file like 4.2gb..My old version of Nero like 5 kept a 700mb file at 700mb...How can I make the file really high quality, but keep it around 1 gig...PLEASE HELP!

If your original files are AVI files then YES..that's a standard size movie which will transcode to around the 4+Gb size.
