LOST SOUND ON EUROVOX

I have a Eurovox Max which I have had for around 5 months. It came in a blue box. I have had no problems with it but I have just lost the sound on a channel?
Can anyone offer me any advice on a solution?
Do I need somesort of bin file ?
Help will be very much appreciated.

Rescan all your channels again. Then sound should come on.
