Putting games on ipod, stuck and need help!

I'm trying to get 11 new games on my ipod but the instructions that came with the download aren't as clear as I'd hoped they'd be. I'm stuck at a point which is asking me to:

9). Go Back to iPod_Control Folder and open the iTunes Folder #
# #
# 10). OVERWRITE the existing IC-Info.sidb and iEKInfo files with the ones provided.

I'm looking in the 'iTunes Folder' but I'm not sure which files are the existing ones I'm suppose to replace. Here are the files that I'm seeing.

iTunesControl
iTunesDB
iTunesGamesIDs
iTunesPrefs
winPrefs

If anyone knows, which ones should I replace with IC-Info.sidb and iEKInfo? And how would I go about doing that, do I simply delete the old one and leave the new one in there?
