Is there something that will convert C++ or some other form of code into prx or psp(in the eboots)? Like, where do you start to program an app or game? Can you use C++ or is there something else? After that, how do you convert the code into files to put into an eboot? Thanks.

Doesnt expecting the unexpected make the unexpected expected and therefore mean youre expecting the expected which was the unexpected until you expected it?

I really just wanted to explore it. Maybe something more on the app side.
